Payton Kesselring, OTR/L

Payton Kesselring, OTR/L, is a school-based occupational therapist with five years of experience working in educational settings. She collaborates closely with school teams to support students through practical, student-centered strategies that align with the day-to-day realities of school-based practice.
Payton is especially passionate about sharing approaches that are realistic, flexible, and easy to carry over into real classrooms—because she understands how busy and complex school days can be. Her work is guided by the belief that effective therapy should support both students and the teams working alongside them.
In addition to her school-based work, Payton is involved with a local nonprofit, Kinetic Kids, which creates and adapts sports and fine arts programs for children with special needs. She currently serves as the program director for the musical theater program as well as one of the swimming programs. Outside of work, Payton enjoys traveling, reading, and crafting.
